We were both really pleased with our contacts Matt and Mel – we were confident with Matt’s abilities from the very start, and we felt he was knowledgable and approachable. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he was able to secure a mortgage for us at a good rate. Mel was also approachable and quick to respond with useful information and helped us ensure there were no delays to our exchange and completion. Overall we were impressed all the way through and with all people we dealt with.
