From the initial call, I was felt at ease! Chris really helped me understand all about mortgages (first time having a mortgage). He was very patient with as I asked him a lot of questions and kept bothering him with emails and calls! Nothing was too much for him and went out his way to help me with all my questions.

I was then passed on to Megan, again great service from Megan and was always updating me with the progress of my application. She even helped me understand the life policy and broke the policy down for me to help me understand what it is I’m covered for.
